  • iiiStyle.com reserve the right to decline any order we may, in our opinion, consider unreliable upon having checked the details of the payment submitted for that particular order or request a payment means of whatever kind which is deemed appropriate.
  • iiiStyle.com makes no representation that any products or services referred to on this website are available or appropriate for use in any other location. 
  • iiiStyle.com shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details, and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to iiiStyle.com Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.
     

Title of Products / Documents / Import Duties

  • iiiStyle.com will deliver the products according to the instruction of customers. All title of ordered products will be passed to customers when order is dispatched by iiiStyle.com.
  • For overseas shipments, customers may be required to pay customs and duties, obtain certain license or apply for registration of the purchased products in their own country to receive delivery of package. The customs charge and/or import regulation is determined completely by the government of different country, and as iiiStyle.com has no control over those costs or regulations.
  • iiiStyle.com will not pay or be held responsible for such costs or arrange for application of import license.
  • Completing the online order means customers accepted and bounded by these terms and conditions. Customers are responsible for any customs or duties incurred as a result of their country’s customs and duties regulations as well as obtaining any import registrations or license required for the products.
  • If the package is rejected by the customs or otherwise and returned to iiiStyle.com, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges and an administration fee of 20% of the total product purchase price.
     

Return, Exchange Policy

  • Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of delivery, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to [email protected] or contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2307 8366 / (852) 3583 1687 for product return and exchange arrangement. All returns must be sent back with former acknowledgment and authentication.
  • Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
  • For the sake of efficient and smooth services, customers are required to present the original sales invoice and credit card used for payment upon returning the goods in person, to iiiStyle.com.in exchange for a new item of the same model. A third party requests will not be entertained.
  • For the case where an original receipt cannot be provided, the refund price will be set according to the iiiStyle.com's lowest retail price on record. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.
  • The refund will be redeemed via the channel of PayPal. The process of refunding will only be launched if returned products are well received and confirmed by iiiStyle.com.
  • In cases of return of defective items, iiiStyle.com will be responsible for the return shipping fees once the defective claim is confirmed to be valid. In cases of return of unwanted and unopened items after the first 7 days of purchase, the amount equivalent to 50% of the retail price and the shipping fee will be charged.
  • iiiStyle.com will not bear any responsibility if the return shipment is lost in the course of return transit.
  • Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in “like new” condition in strict conformance with the basic return criteria above, the purchase price will be credited to the payment tool used for the original purchase.
  • All gift items (including Cash Coupon(s), Cash Discount Coupon(s)) must be returned together with the returned goods; otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  • iiiStyle.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, iiiStyle.com's decision shall be final.
     

Overseas

  • Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, and goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Customers are required to [email protected] or contact our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2307 8366 / (852) 3583 1687 for product return and exchange arrangement.
  • Request for goods return or exchange will not be accepted if the goods are found used, altered or damaged due to improper use.
  • Customers are required to present the original sales invoice upon returning the goods to our office in Hong Kong. For the case where an original receipt cannot be provided, the refund value will be set according to iiiStyle.com lowest retail price on record. If the goods returned cannot be exchanged for the same model due to stock shortage, customers can choose any products from this site and pay the price difference only.
  • Customers have to return the goods via a prepaid, insured and traceable method.
  • iiiStyle.com shall pay the return shipping costs if customers are returning due to iiiStyle.com.
  • For products that iiiStyle.com verified to be defective, iiiStyle.com will reimburse customers for the original shipping expenses, provided that the return of the defective item must be shipped via ground shipment only. If the customer returns the product via a faster, more expensive shipper, the customer incurs the expenses themselves and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
